I started writing The Five Minute Journal on September 23rd, 2016. At that point, I didn’t know I was about to start a habit that would become… a part of me? I used to hate reading. I literally read 0 books per year. In 2018 I read 44 books. In 2019 I read 40. This year (2020), I’m on track to read ~35 books. So, how did I go from 0 books/year to 35 books/year? I changed my habits! It all started with me picking up Atomic Habits in 2018.
